If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, you can contact our Customer Service Department by calling us at (855)-490-2569 or emailing us at support@clxgaming.com.
You can also fill out our Order Cancellation Request Form, which will be sent to our Customer Service team.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to canceled orders.
