You can request changes to your CLX order by submitting the Order Modification Request Form. What can be changed depends on the current status of your order.
Changes requested after production has started may be subject to additional fees.
For ready-to-ship systems, individual component changes are not available. If you need a different configuration, you may need to change to another ready-to-ship system.
Request an Order Change
- Submit the Order Modification Request Form.
- Include your order number and the changes you'd like to make.
- Wait for CLX to review the request and confirm whether the change can be made.
Do not assume an order change has been completed until CLX confirms it.
